The Role:

In this Customer Service Assistant role, you will be the first point of call for both our customers and network of professionals. We are looking for an individual who is incredibly passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, enjoys building great relationships with clients and strives from working in the environment of a fast-paced and exciting start-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer the phones, and respond to any queries on e-mail and live chat
- Liaise with our client and professional network to ensure all bookings run smoothly
- Proactively investigate and resolve any issues
- Build strong relationships with our VIP and celebrity clients
- Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

-At least 1 years experience working in a Customer Service role
-Fluency in English and strong written and verbal skills
-Computer literate
-A great and friendly telephone manner
-The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Available to work weekends
-An interest in beauty would be preferred
