Job description

As a Data Analyst, you collaborate with leaders, project managers and subject matter experts to comprehend data analysis goals. Responsibilities include extracting data from diverse sources, transforming it into statistical insights, and identifying patterns. Utilize advanced skills in data modeling to create reports and present actionable recommendations. Develop dashboards, implement KPIs, and provide performance reporting for teams. Proficiency in ETL processes, Power Query, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is essential. Strong communication, collaboration, and reliability are crucial, along with a global perspective for effective contribution to organizational goals. Monitoring technologies for continuous improvement is a key aspect of the role.

Required Education : Master degree in Accounting or Finance or IT.

Experience: 

·  Data cleansing, Extraction, transformation & loading
·  Expertise in ETL tool (Power Query, Talend, Tableau Prep)
·  Advance knowledge of a Dashboarding tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlickview)
·  A solid statistical knowledge
·  A knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
·  A good knowledge of database system & data modelling concept (ACID)
·  Understanding of data warehousing and reporting concepts
·  Proficient in SQL, Python, and other data product development software
·  Experience handling large volumes of data in both structured and unstructured formats

As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with the different stakeholders to help them in their day to day business.

You will be in charge of building and maintaining the source of truth of the TA&A Department and therefore will have to : 

·  Work with the IT team on building and maintaining the mirror tables of the different tools of the TA&A community,
·  Maintain a shared understanding of the data with the different stakeholders to make sure everyone agrees on the semantic of the data, kpis use cases, rules to apply,
·  Find usage of the data within the operational processes that would automate task or assist any users,
·  Extract diverse sources of data, transforming it into statistical insights, and identifying patterns,
·  Creation of dashboards, implementation of KPIs and performance reporting to give a coherent vision of the results to the different teams Improve the performance reporting for the teams,
·  Maintain the link between the different layer of the data (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, Representation),
·  Be the data steward of the TA&A Community,
·  Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or to support new initiatives,
·  Create reports and documents from the results of the analyzes, and present them to the managers with recommendations,
·  Analyze data, identify patterns, trends or inconsistencies,
·  Interpret project goals or business requirements into data impacts,
·  Develop preditive models to improve monitoring,
·  Perform data quality checks,
·  Monitoring in-house or external technology (existing/new) aimed at improving team performance or data analysis.
