Corporate Finance Specialist

Job description

·  Review and analyse strategic and add-on external growth opportunities, as well as disposal projects and internal restructuring initiatives
·  Manage live M&A projects and valuation workstreams
·  Produce reports and presentations for the Management and the Board of SCOR and its entities
·  Maintain competitive watch
·  Participate in the bank relationship management
·  Business or engineering school with a Finance specialization
·  Small experience in Corporate M&A / Investment Banking: from an internship to 1 year full-time
·  Business-minded
·  Modelling skills and very good command of Microsoft Office Tool suite and financial databases
·  Strong interpersonal skills as the position requires to build a solid network internally
·  Fluent in English
·  Graduate/Master (Bac+5)

Project Management:  Work closely with management team on corporate development projects.

Strategic M&A opportunity assessment: Perform proactive strategic review and financial modelling on potential partners, contemplated transactions/ case studies.

M&A market review : Update and analyse M&A trends and market developments. Strategic benchmarking of peer companies.

Bank relationship management:  Participate   to meetings with Investment Banks. Gather and report relevant information.
