Job description

Provide admin support to Service Operation Team include but not limited to:

· Handle customer inquiries
· Coordinate with Operation Team to arrange the service schedule for customer
· Service job allocation and dispatch to Service Representatives
· Prepare regular service reports
· Ad-hoc assignment is required

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Diploma or above
·  With 2 years of sales support or administrative experience preferred
·  Willing to learn and self-motivated
·  Able to work collaboratively in a team
·  Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
·  Proficient in MS Office applications
