Job description

The Role: Service Order Management Administrator
This position is for future opportunities with Schneider. We are actively recruiting and
interviewing for future positions in Field Services to help us unlock further commercial
value for our business.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What will you do? (fill in - the job responsibilities, day to day of the job)

·  Review accuracy and completeness in booking requirements of incoming Purchase Order as endorsed by Sales Team
·  Follow-up with Sales Team any missing detail or discrepancy in the Purchase Order to be booked
·  Book incoming orders from case queue and service now database
·  Trigger invoice based on the payment terms
·  Generate corresponding Service Contract/ Work Order
·  Assist requests from Operations, Finance, and Logistics

Who would be successful? (Fill in – what are the qualifications for this role)

·  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
·  At least 1 year of experience in Order Management is an advantage
·  Ability to work in a fast-pace environment, under pressure and minimum supervision
·  Able to multi-task effectively, organized, with good prioritization system
·  Good attention to details, high commitment to quality output
