Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable web applications, both front end and back end, ensuring high

performance and responsiveness.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams in India, Europe, North America, and Australia to

define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.

3. Lead the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring code quality and

adherence to best practices.

4. Architect and implement robust, secure, and efficient server-side components and APIs.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations

for continuous improvement.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for maximum performance and reliability.

7. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

8. Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

9. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements, ensuring alignment

with business objectives.

10. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency within the development team.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
2. Expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern
frameworks such as React or Angular.
3. Proficiency in back-end development using server-side languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
4. Experience with database management systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL) and non-relational
(e.g., MongoDB).
5. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10. Continuous learner with a proactive approach to adopting new technologies.
