Job description

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist in our Ann Arbor, MI location.
The Customer Care Associate opportunity is a temporary position that offers support for Pro-face America customers, sales team, and the support team by being responsible for accurate order entry, responding to queries in a timely manner, and identifying customer needs while helping them with access to self-service tools.

Qualifications :

·  Understanding of Data Entry, Billing
·  1-2 years relevant customer care/order entry experience.
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
·  Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
·  Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management.
·  Well-developed interpersonal skills to easily work across levels of the organization.
·  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines.
·  Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce a plus
