The Role: Sales Support Associate

We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Associate to help us unlock further commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

· Administrative Support to Inside Service Sales Representatives

Complete pre-booking requirements upon receipt of purchase orders from ISSR’s such as:

(a) registration of assets in the account, if applicable

(b) update CPQ quote, as needed then submit for approval

(c) update BFO opportunity header and lines

(d) assist in customer bill to account creation

· Raise International Credit Claim (ICC) for sales-related cases such as customer request and incorrect PO hand-over details

· Opportunity Notification (ON) Queue Management

System qualification and validation of leads routed to the FSR ON Queue

· Assist in Qualifying and Triage of Case

In charge of responding to customer inquiry related to price and availability, ETA and other post sales inquiries, billing documents, uploading documents in Partner’s portal etc.

Qualifications :

Who would be successful?

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any course

· Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written

· Personal / Team skills

o Keen to learn and develop

o Team player, willing to give additional input as and when required to meet deadlines

o Good interpersonal skills

o Able to develop effective working relationship with sales teams and internal/external supply network

o Flexible in the face of conflicting priorities

o Communication & organizational skills

o Attention to detail
