We are looking for an experienced Sales Incentive Architect to support our US Business Units to ensure their Sales Incentive Plans drive the sales team's performance and helps them increase revenue.

About [function]

The function of the Sales Incentive Architect is to be a trusted advisor for the business units to ensure their Sales Incentive Plans drive the right behaviors aligned to the strategic priorities, conduct analysis that demonstrate the effectiveness of those plans and define & execute recommendations to improve them. Ensure quarterly payout reporting is avaialable every quarter to show payout status versus finance accruals and provide full year payout estimation.

The Sales Incentive Architect role is driving quota setting process successfully and in a timeline manner, supporting determining baselines and individual sellers quotas ensuring that are aligned to the business unite growth ambitions.

Another key function of the Sales Incentive Architect is to program manage initiatitives aligned to the four pillars of the Sales Compensation team: Competitiveness, Consistency, Effectiveness, and Efficiency.
