What will you do?

· Book of travel and entertainment expenses
·
Work closely with employees in order to solve discrepancies on Travel Expense documents

·
Reconciliation and confirmation of balances with employees, resolution of discrepancies identified and taking actions if necessary

·
Keep documentation for Travel Expense processes updated

·
Prepare data for reporting

·
Perform internal controls

· Operate according to LEAN methodology

Desired profile



Qualifications :

What will help you to be successful?

· 
Higher education – preferably in Accounting/Finance or during studies

· 
Experience in Shared Service organization will be an asset

· 
Good knowledge of French and English

· 
Good MS Excel knowledge

· 
Knowledge of SAP (Accounts Payable modules) would be an advantage

· 
Eagerness to learn and to be open minded

· 
Customer focus and team-working skills and a good sense of humor as well
