We are looking for a Project Engineer in our South Region to be based in our Fareham Office and travel to other sites when required.

In this role the successful person will work within a team to manage a portfolio of BMS projects from order to completion in an effective way to ensure that the requirements are met and maximizing our customer satisfaction, sales and margin.

The primary job function is to work effectively within a team to exceed our customers expectations for project delivery which may consist of (but not limited to) the following BMS solutions and associated open protocols; StruxtureWare as well as legacy BMS systems (Satchwell SIGMA, Andover Continuum, TAC Vista) utilising BACnet, ModBUS, and Lonworks protocols.

The tasks involved in this role may also include:

Be a key team member taking full ownership of the engineering aspects of BMS projects from receipt of order and handover to contract close.

Develop and improve customer relationships.

·

Work with the Engineering Manager to drive efficiency and develop new engineering methods and practices.

·

Provide full technical management of the project, and software engineering and technical support to Commissioning Team.

·

Drive the use of Engineering Standards within the team and be a promoter of the use of standards and tools.

·

Follow company Safety and Quality requirements for the project when required.

Requirements:

·

Education: Electrical/Electronic Engineering HNC or equivalent.

·

Electrical qualification – 18 th Edition or equivalent.

·

An advanced understanding of HVAC principles and methods of control.

·

Strong background in BMS Hardware and Systems Engineering.
