Our Industrial Automation business delivers solutions combining; Apps, Analytics & Services, Edge Control and Connected Products, resulting in the most complete Automation offer in the market. Our solutions enable our customers to make the most of their energy, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety whilst providing early ROI. Our value focused IoT and IIoT elements bring essential data to all levels of our customers organisations.

We have 2 exciting Sydney based opportunities that may be the perfect stepping stones for the right individuals to join us, learn our business and see their careers flourish. We are seeking 2 motivated Administrators, one to focus on services, and one for projects. These positions will contribute to the businesses success by supporting the operational delivery of projects and services.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

· Communicate effectively with customers, Project, & Service managers
· Create, maintain, and close projects in the business ERP i.e. SAP
· Administer project and services business operational tools i.e. bFO
· Support procurement, invoicing, and vendor payments
· Manage returns & repairs logistics, including customer quotations and communications
· Support project & services portfolio management
· Support delivery, compliance, governance, and reporting

Key attributes for success include:

· Proven administration experience, ideally in a similar setting
· Ability to prioritize, organize, & manage multiple tasks efficiently
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Competency or exposure to market leading industry ERPs is preferred
· Experience and fluency in MS Office
· Proactive and supportive mindset
