1. To perform preventive maintenance as per requirements and schedule.

2. To train, provide support and supervise sub ordinates.

3. To perform line audit to prevent deviation and identify area for improvements.

4. To works and follow up regularly the status of action's plan.

5. To strictly follow up the status of production order asper planning requirement.

6. To provide response/feedback & support to concerned person for any problem and deviation.

7. To prepare, up date, & analyse production report and indicator regularly.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements:

Leadership

Great English skills 80% or above

At least 3 years in the role of manger or supervisor

Experience with electronics

PCBA processes

SAP

Lean manufacturing

Experience with continuous improvement projects
