What do you get to do in this position?

Adheres to, educates and enforces e-Procurement tool usage guidelines, and all corporate Purchasing policies with User groups

·
Assists Users with supplier invoicing issues related to procurement

·
Communication of Best Practices to the user groups

·
Performs quality control check on all special orders to ensure quality of PR, drive spend toward strategic and preferred suppliers and engage with sourcing team as needed when quoting and sourcing needs are present

·
Create manual POs when needed.

·
Proactively monitor blanket PO performance

·
Support the P2P transformation in the areas of Ambassador, testing, gap analysis and training.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

· Associate's or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or Operations
· Strong relationship, management and communication skills.
· Process oriented, with disciplined process management skills
· Experience with e-Procurement systems and supplier e-catalogs
· Strong English communications skills, written and oral.
