What do you get to do in this position?

Responsibilities

· Provide quality customer service through interactions with suppliers and operations personnel
· Supplier Delivery Performance:
· Perform root cause analysis based on OTD service impact.
· Take proper actions with suppliers to prevent recurrence.
· Receive general supervision from an immediate manager with the opportunity for independent action and judgment.
· Contact suppliers to resolve contractual problems and to gain knowledge of the products, sources and prices
· Insure the procurement, follow‐up and receipt of requested purchases.
· Process returns and credits for sample PO's
· Research and verify any unexpected price differences
· New Part number creation send RFQ to suppliers and confirm data.
· Supplier Creation using MDM portal and bank validation.
· Support price invoice reconciliation
· PUMA RFQ and Maintenance
· Supplier Business Review Meetings
· Local Negotiations
· ECR support engineering change request.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if You fit the following Requirements:

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business or Operations.
·  Strong Negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
·  Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication (verbal & written), influence, drive for results, effective planning / prioritization, project management
·  Self driven / motivated individual
·  Analytical Skills
·  Fluent English
·  Finance and Legal knowledge is a plus
·  Ariba and SAP knowledge is a plus
