Job Description: ERP Intern – Center of Excellence

Experience: Not mandatory but a plus if experienced in a Global Company in areas such as Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, or as a Call Center Representative. 7 th semester preferred.

Manager: Eutimio Arellano

Location: Monterrey Development and Innovation Center (Vía de la Inovación Lote 5 Manzana 25. Parque de Inovación e Investigación Tecnológica. Apodaca, Nuevo León.)

Activities:
· Execute transactions in ERPs.
· Support worldwide users (Asia, Europe and America) with global purchasing tools and ERP questions, guidance and troubleshooting.
· Assist in the implementation of strategies driven by Global Purchasing team.
· Maintain monthly global tools' KPI.
· Support Business Partners on daily activities upon request.

Skills:
· Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
· English: 90% (French, Mandarin or Portuguese is a plus)
· Basic understanding of Purchasing, Finance and Information Systems
· Comfortable with a variety of IT systems and applications, be a fast learner and analytical
· Used to work in a multi-cultural environment
· Customer Service oriented
· Basic/Medium Excel skills
· Project management is a plus.
