Job description
Schneider Electric is looking for a highly organized intern to assist Industrial Leaders on the planning, implementation, and management of project schedules. In this role, you will be collaborating with Project Industrial Leaders, setting tasks, and monitoring project execution. You may also prepare project progress and performance evaluation reports. This is a great opportunity to learn and work across different subjects and with different departments in an international organization.
Activities:
· Assist Industrialization Leaders with planning, coordinate tasks, and monitor the timelines of assignments.
· Consult with Industrial Leader and technical experts to set up assignments and tasks.
· Develop and maintain an effective scheduling management system.
· Monitor timelines and deadlines.
· Identify and flag potential delays and facilitate remedial actions with team.
· Prepare project progress and performance evaluation reports.
· Accommodate updates and changes to project schedules.
· Work with the Industrial Leaders to keep project completed on time.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Bachelor in Engineering in progress (preferably in Industrial, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related)
· Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
· Self-starter with passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
· Able to work independently and in a cooperative team environment.
· Strong skills in Excel, outlook, PowerPoint. (desirable: MS Project tool knowledge)
· Proficient in written and spoken English.
· Open mind and ability to think outside the box.
· Interested in project management.
· Ability to work from home (hybrid role)
