Inside Sales Associate - Cavite
Job Description

This position is accountable for Inside Sales Associate of Digital Service and Data Center Software products/solutions/
services within the assigned sales scope or territory. Responds to complex customer inquiries (phone, fax, email) sales
opportunities, address and services the needs of larger established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/
services and customer contracts regarding customer's present and future needs.
- Undertakes outbound sales calls and prospecting to identify digital services and software opportunities.
- Undertakes data mining activities to identify potential and sales opportunities.
- Follow-up on identified customer leads and makes outbound pre-sales telephone calls.
- Opportunity lists management.
- Software maintenance contract renewal.
- Work closely with outside sales counterparts in each territory on proposal quotes.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of Schneider Electric digital service and data center software products/solutions/services
and competitor strengths, weakness and applications.
- Applies knowledge of Schneider Electric products/solutions/services for customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, increasing account
dedication ,timely communication and follow-up.
-Fulfill adhoc task as required by countries/region or business unit.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree requested;
- Experience in Customer relations/Sales function preferable;
- Experience in process management function preferable;
- Experience of the IT industry preferable;
- Perfect command of written and spoken English language;
- PC skills (MS Windows & Office, CRMs, ERPs);
- Technical background, ability to learn, understand and present new product ranges in full (including software);
- Proven ability to perform proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment;
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently towards achieving specified goals, able to define and prioritize specific goals and
objectives;
- Clearly present written, oral and visual information
