What do you get to do in this position?

· Implement and Configure new Kronos products as needed
· Develop requirements documentation for required changes using established standards.
· Implement configuration changes to meet business and end user needs
· Troubleshoot Kronos system issues and provide solutions through cross functional partnerships
· Build and maintain configuration of time clocks
· Administer complex time and pay adjustments
· Run queries utilizing Microsoft SQL for Kronos data mining purposes
· Build and support data interfaces to Kronos
· Configure and develop Kronos reports
· Develop automated processes that mitigate manual intervention

Desired profile

This job might be for you if:

·  3-5 years Kronos administrative experience
·  1-2 years developing queries and reports using SQL preferred
·  Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university
·  Ability to effectively work on teams in a matrixed environment, within and outside of function
·  Ability to effectively communicate, prioritize, track, and resolve issues in a timely fashion
·  Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
·  Ability to effectively multi-task and manage priorities
