Schneider Electric has a great opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor in Flint

Job purpose


· Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
· Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities)
· Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes
· Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined
· Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
· Ensure inventories accuracy
· Guarantee that service level , quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached
· Define the internal flow architecture based on the principles SPS
· Global architecture for warehouse
· Definition of water spider loops
· Ensures safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities
· Adapt to a continuous improvement approach the MPH & WH in order to optimize safety, quality, time, cost

Person Specification


· Experience in warehouse and distribution
· Willingness to learn and develop
· Passionate and reliable
· Enjoys working as a part of a team
· SAP knowledge is essential
