Main missions

> Scope & Environment : Within the Regional Execution Center, including South East Asia, Japan and Pacific

1/ Monitor contractual commitments (Coming into Force, notifications, payment milestones...) in line with group rules and guidelines

2/ Support Tender & Project team in attending customer meetings, preparation of schedule of rates, credit and risk review, preparation of contractual documentation

3/ Review and highlight the key contractual, financial risks and administrative obligations of the project taking into account the customer context in order to enforce Schneider Electric contractual rights

4/ Ensure credit insurance is available and all necessary credit checks are completed for all new and existing customers, with support from country treasury and finance BP, Review bond drafting versus corporate guidelines then prepare, submit and manage customer bond & bank guarantees up to final release

5/ Ensure ERP system is set up with Customer data ahead of time, for booking of POs and contracts, Support updating of ERP, contracts and amendments, in line with customer variations, including contract changes during execution

Desired profile

Qualifications :

T he VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Education: University and/or Business School diploma in business administration, finance, contract, international trade, or law.



- Experience in electrical engineering is requested (semi-conductor, plant & industry knowledge)
- English: fluent both in speaking and writing,
- Other language (French/Spanish/Japanese) is a plus

Experience: 2 years' experience in Contract Administration, international trade and/or finance.

- Microsoft exposure

VIE duration : 24 months
