Main missions

1/ Support site purchasing manager with data management tasks, along purchasing processes's needs

2/ Manage a few commodities (spends categories) including sourcing and negotiations under control of purchasing manager

3/ Drive some specific initiatives related to Supply Base Management incl. optimization; and Tailored/ smart Supply chain

4/ Develop cost- model tools (i.e. Should Costs) to ease negotiations with suppliers along key categories

5/ Contribute to LoB Purchasing activities as needed

Desired profile

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission




Profile and Competences

Education: Engineering or Business schools, (preferably with technical skills)

Technical Field: electro-mechanical

Work experience needed:

Requested languages (marked as bilingual, fluent, well known, basic knowledge): fluent English

Personal abilities or skills: good communication and interaction skills
