Main missions :

1/ Support the project through the entire project management life cycle by applying the IPO (IT) framework: coaching the Project Manager community to secure the project delivery on time, on budget, on schedule and on costs through milestones and deliverables.

2/ Monitor Project Managers' activities, and evaluating and reporting on accomplishments to the PMO Task Lead.

4/ Communicate a weekly Project reports and be the guardant of IPO Framework processes and procedures updates and application in projects, platform and E2E Services teams.

5/ Enhance PMO processes, procedure and tools management and update.

Desired profile

Profile and Competences:




The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Education: Master degree

Technical Field: Project management & Business relationship

Work experience needed: Get experience project management and JQL programming and/or Cloud Base Software programming.

Requested languages: fluent in English

Personal abilities or skills: Motivated and team player
