Main missions :

1/ Consolidate metrics dashboard about digital transformation for Schneider Electric

2/ Support defining digital transformation targets to all business units and countries

3/ Develop performance reports to Schneider Electric executives to provide visibility on our digital journey

4/ Collaborate with other teams from different countries and organizations to collect monthly digital transformation metrics

5/ Collaborate with internal communication team to communicate digital transformation reports and develop new reports targeting dedicated audience across the group.

Desired profile

Profile and Competences:




The VIE is an international programme for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission.

Education: Business

Technical Field: strong Microsoft Office Excel skills

Work experience needed:12 months' experience in related field

Requested languages: English fluent

Personal abilities or skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including presentation skills; Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment; Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
