Which is your mission?

As part of the Country Field Services Department, you will be developing and providing technical expertise in order to achieve business objectives and propose new services. The role will continually look to develop technical and commercial excellence to ensure best in class service offer and delivery, participating to overall Customer Satisfaction and improvements by getting faster challenge resolution and contributing to excellence & efficiency in service operation.

You will act as a role model for field technicians and Commercial department providing them with expertise and guidance in complex technical solutions.

What do you get to do in this position?


· Ensure daily Technical Support to field technicians and sales representatives in your respective expertise area to ensure proper execution of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Provide complex technical solutions and support to key accounts acting as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact).

· Visit customer's site with Field Services Representatives to provide complex solutions/applications.

· Create technical reports: issues, quality, install base etc..

· Play dynamic role with execution coordinators about technical requirement to drive the annual training program. ( FSR Career Plan )

· Provide technical competencies to upgrade technical Know How.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Do you have the skills and experience?
·  Engineering or technical education (Electrical)
·  At least 2 year of professional experience in UPS (SAI).
·  Knowledge in Data Centers and LV/MV installations recomended.
·  Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
·  Good understanding of communication platforms.
·  Able to solve both hardware and software complex engineering issues
·  Team spirit-oriented person, and customer orientated
