Our Polish team is a part of the Global Talent Acquisition & Mobility family covering the Europe region. In your role you be responsible for bringing talents to the organization and to promote our employer brand both internally and externally.

What you will do

· Manage and coordinate end to end recruitment projects
· Implement and execute creative and targeted sourcing strategies resulting in successful pipelining of both active and passive candidates (LinkedIn research, targeted talent mapping, database searching, networking, complex internet searches)
· Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to address and solve their talent challenges
· Conduct interviews and effectively assess experience, competencies & values
· Play a critical role in ensuring promotion of the company brand in view of hiring the best possible talents
· Collaborate with colleagues from other locations to learn & share best practices

Desired profile

Qualifications :

What you will need
·  Minimum 2 years of experience in end to end recruitment process, preferably for BPO/SSCs or Engineering sector, gained in the recruitment agencies or in in-house recruitment
·  Fluent command of Polish and English, other European languages would be an advantage
·  Knowledge of Taleo or another ATS would be an asset
·  Higher education degree
·  Strong business understanding and professional approach
·  Passion in delivering the best candidate experience
·  Openness, communication, teamwork, commitment
