Job description
Responsible for the effective implementation of Data support processes and services.
Carries out the corresponding reporting, responsible providing guidance & service support. (Business Units & Countries).
Establish processes for and issue tracking process tools data support service through OPS& BSL (Offer Information).
Provides operational support for the coordination and execution of data governance activities, drive continuous improvement, manage non-compliance issue escalations, provide training and communication
Understanding of business needs & translating them to tasks with priorities & planning for team
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Data Management and related processes
Understand service delivery processes
Perform Statistical analysis
Good Leader & can work under crisis & for long hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to continually deliver and a high regard for quality service
Analytical approach to problem solving, critical thinking to identify and resolve issues
Maximize customer experience
Interact with others, skills in decision making, time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, organized, problem solving and follow through
Business analysis, developing standards, defining procedures
Preferred Location of Candidate should be Delhi NCR
B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field
Stibo/STEP tool experience will be preferred.
