This position consists to contribute to Offer Creation development for Industry Business Unit, Digital Plant, Process Automation Control modular range of products as Modicon M580.

Position EMBEDDED SOFTWARE DEVELOPPER

This position is responsible to perform design of the embedded software for DP PAC products. This includes performing tasks throughout the entire product life cycle – planning, specifications, coding , testing and defect resolution. The Software Embedded developper will work with distributed teams to develop and investigate solutions for DP PAC range of product (Modicon M580, …).

Job Description

· Contribute to Software Embedded Design (as boot, drivers, middleware, …) for Embedded Software components
· Contribute to Software Embedded Architecture
· Contribute to Continuous Improvement, prototyping and Innovation
· Contribute to Specification Writing, design load
· Contribute to integration with other components in an international context, tests and defect resolution
· Maintenance of Embedded Software Components and support to sustaining team in issue resolution

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Basic Qualification

·  Design background: design, prototyping, investigation, Code optimization, debug, robustness, configuration management, unitary tests, code review, qualimetry, designed with auto tests.
·  Experienced on Embedded Software Architecture, critical real time Context, Dual ARM core, networks/ethernet, cybersecurity is highly appreciated
·  Languages: C, C++, Assembler
·  Operating System: VxWorks 6 / 7, Linux Yocto
·  Method: Waterfall, also Agile, Lean are appreciated
·  Configuration Management: GIT based
·  Proactivity, curious, technology watch, creativity, autonomous, openness, rigor, capability to work in team in a multi components, cross cultural and multi project context, change management, engaged, planning oriented.
·  Fluent English

Preferred Qualification

Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
Experience of minimum of 2 years is required in Embedded Software Design.

Position also open to motivated recent graduate with a significative personal involvement in design.
