Job description

The Channel Partner Development Engineer wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners and is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on the Field Services strategy to develop the “Go to market” through Partners, transform it in a -comprehensive
value proposal for the customer.
• Identify & develop trusted partners for Schneider Electric Field Services to address the End Users /Customers.
• Develop & Promote Field Services startegic Offers through Partners / channels.
• Address the low end Market through Partner program.
• Drive and book orders from Partners to meet the monthly forecasts committed.
• Drive & Own the Partner Program to develop Yearly Targets for partners in both Order intake and diversification of offers.
• Manage the Partner Opportunity Pipeline through SalesForce.
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned FS partner accounts.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to
meet partner performance objectives and partner's expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts for Field Services.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
• Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
• Organize regular technical training to Distributors' team to upgrade their skills consistently.
• Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
• Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

• Achieves assigned Order Intake in designated partner accounts/ Region
• Completes partner account plans that meet company standards.
• Maintains high End User Customer & partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Maximize the Positioning of Schneider Electric FS Offers in Segments which are not managed through direct sales channels .
• Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

• Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
• Closely coordinates company executive involvement with partner and end-user customer management as appropriate.
• Works closely with ISSR/OSSR /Tendering /Execution to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Relevant Engineering Programs
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Fluent in both English and Arabic Languages
- Willingness to Travel
