Job description



The position of Document Controller reports to the to de Project Manager, like a part of the Prject Team, and funtionally to the Project Execution Manager.

The mains tasks will be manage and oversee documents for a particular project or for an project portfolio. They ensure the proper documents are created and signed, that all data is accurate and that documents are stored and backed up and any retention policies are followed.

There are several main duties for the Document Controllers perform. The primary tasks and responsibilities are:.

· Organize and Archive Documents
· Maintain Documents
· Tracking the status of the documents with the customers and the suppliers
· Add value to the main planification of the project
