Manage the full order cycle for Return Material Authorization which include but not limited to: review and issue RMA Quotes, follow up with customers to obtain purchase orders for quotes, prepare RMA for shipment to customer, maintain all documentation associated with a return.
Act as a liaison between the repair technicians and technical support staff when required.
Quote product availability and delivery information.
Communicate in writing daily tracking information to customers.
Interface regularly with customers, sales channels and internal staff.
Will be responsible for managing purchase orders and their delivery by entering via tools such as BuyAutomation, SAP-PBS, Exact MAX.
Ideal candidate profile
A college diploma or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of related experience in a customer service environment.
Advanced capabilities in using common and specialty PC applications. The successful candidate will have worked with database applications such as customer relations management (CRM) systems, enterprise resource management (ERP) systems and corporate extranet sites.
Ability to work with and cross reference multiple sources of data amongst independent user interfaces and database programs.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage and improve business processes that would result in increased revenues and deliver customer satisfaction.
