· Produce miniature, precision, tight tolerance mechanical parts and sub-assemblies for our customers.

· Use precision hand tools, welding equipment and measurement instruments in production environment.

· Use analytical skills and communicate problems and improvements.

· Assist in new product development.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

· Use of hand tools and precision machine tools is required.

· Use of measuring instruments - calipers, micrometers, gages, and other instruments is required.

· Able to read, understand, and accurately follow engineering drawings and work instructions.

· Operating knowledge of resistance welding, tap welding, brazing, and soldering is required.

· Experience in assembling parts under microscopes/magnified lenses. Also working under a clean work bench in vacuum systems/flow hood.

· Knowledge and the application of Electrical Static Discharge (ESD) protection is desirable.

· Good documentation, writing and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of precision tool making and watch making techniques is highly desirable
