What do you get to do in this position?
This position is accountable for the overall control and movement of materials in and out of the location. Directs and administers control inventory, supports sales order entry, traffic and/or shipping. Serves as a liaison among various departments to provide efficient customer service and resolve difficulties.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Manages activities such as order fulfillment, inventory tracking, freights, controls and management, and ISSR accomplishment, in compliance with space availability, production output, order requirements, and business plans.
2. Coordinates all the activities related with materials replenishment of the plant. Serves as a liaison among various departments to provide efficient customer service and resolves difficulties.
3. Develops and maintains methods and policies to ensure the most efficient and economical replenishment of materials inside and outside from the plant.
5. Analyzes and evaluates problems with inventory, delivery, and/or purchasing orders. Recommends solutions. Provides periodic reports to management.
6. May track shipments, delivery, billing and backlog activity.
7. Develops systems to minimize purchasing cost and maximizing customer service.
9. Possesses advanced knowledge of Schneider Electric products, analyzes and rebalances inventory in the distribution centers, applies the S&OP process to daily interactions

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if you have:

1. 3 years of experience in replenishments of raw material for manufacturing plant.

2. Knowledge in MRP, Kan Ban.

3. Worked under KPI's

4. Suppliers management.

5. Follow up and expedite materials when required.

6. Nice to have experience working with Mapics – AS400
