Job Purpose Summary:

Responsible of the efficient execution of sales support activities, in accordance with legal and company requirements, ensuring correct, complete and on time fulfilling of all assigned tasks.

Responsible with administrative tasks related to sales support activity, including but not limited to:

· handling of Special Price Agreement contracts in SAP;
· purchase order booking and tracking, invoice receipts & registration;
· excel analyses;
· documents filing.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate:

·  Student in 3rd or 4th year in a technical university
·  Fluency in English and Romanian
·  Strong attention to details
·  Good knowledge of MS Office
·  Extra-curricular activities are a plus
·  Quick adaptability with an openness to learn and develop
