Job description

· Driving uniform process and policies across GSC setup.
· Pick best practices and drive benchmark process initiatives
· Conduct process audits and ensure process adherence
· Strong understanding of IT and ERP setups
· Good understanding of local country compliance requirements
· Part of all new initiatives and implementation plan & support initiatives under tailored supply chain.
· Act as the interface with all the key stakeholders and ability to work with cross functions
· Part of restructuring exercise
· Create Dashboard and track timelines of key initiatives
· Good communication and analytical skill
