Human Resources Intern

Mission:


In this role the intern will gain exposure to all aspects of the employee experience including Rewards and Benefits, Employee Relations, Safety, & Communications, as well as exposure to Process and Project Management. The type of work the HR Intern will perform includes data management, annual process support (Performance Appraisals, Career & Competency Review and Escalating People Review for example), and ad hoc project coordination/management. This intern will also gain exposure to employee relations situations where appropriate.

Candidates for this Internship should have:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and possesses strength in the following areas: verbal and written communication, problem solving, critical and creative thinking, analytical skills and be both organized and detail orientated.
Candidates must be fluent in English and have a demonstrated ability to work independently and learn quickly.
Candidates must have intermediate computer knowledge/experience; Microsoft office products preferred (MS Excel and PowerPoint).

Length: 6-12 months.
