Gutor Customer Service Sales Representative

Job description

The Schneider Electric Gutor Experts team is growing in a demanding market. We are seeking an energetic sales professional to join our fast growing team to support our international client base.

· Work within assigned install base to provide Customer Service support for existing clients.

· Actively acquire sales of start-up and commissioning services, preventive and corrective maintenance, multi-year maintenance contracts, and training opportunities.

· Respond to customer RFQ's by preparing and sending offers and follows up with potential leads.

· Contract negotiations, including technical, commercial and legal considerations, until order placement.

· Responsible for ensuring contracted services are completed in accordance with signed agreements.

· Handover of order to FSE Coordinator

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education (minimum required level)

· College Degree

· Well founded commercial education

· Technical background preferred

Experience (minimum required level)

· 1-2 years experience in a similar position or College Degree

Knowledge required:

· excellent English skills, verbal and written

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Global flair

· MS Office software

Knowledge desired but not essential:

· Fluency in another language is an advantage (especially Spanish and Portuguese)

· Technical knowledge about industrial UPS systems & industry
