Global Supply Chain Advanced Development Program

We are currently recruiting recent graduates interested in a leadership career in Global Supply Chain to be a part of a powerful and unique experience.

The Global Supply Chain Advanced Development Program is a two-year manufacturing rotational program consisting of three tracks:

· Operations/Engineering
· Supply Chain
· Procurement

Participants in either track will experience four, six-month rotations in two GSC locations — one year per location.

These rotations enable participants to gain a multitude of broad experiences, networking opportunities, and unique exposure early on before focusing within an area that is the best fit for the participant and the company.

Potential rotations in the program will include:
· Manufacturing Engineer
· Production Supervisor
· Materials Analyst
· Quality Engineer
· Logistics Analyst or Supply Chain Planning
· Materials Analyst
· Procurement- Buyer
· Production or Distribution Supervisor

This particular role is for the Operations/Engineering Track and will be located in Smyrna, TN for the first year.

This job might be for you if:

·  Bachelor's Degree in preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
·  3.0 GPA minimum required
·  Willing to relocate across the United States
·  Desire to grow your career in manufacturing
·  Strong communication and leadership skills
·  Manufacturing or Supply Chain Internship Experience mandatory
