We are building new FP&A structure in our existing Global Finance Competency Center located in Warsaw. We are looking now for FP&A Business Process Expert for Global Supply Chain to harmonize, optimize and automate FP&A processes in line with leading practices to assure top class support to business by learning organization.


What you will do:
· Contribute to design of business processes in Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Closely collaborate with Global Process Owner
· Harmonize and expand the FP&A service catalog,
· Improve efficiency & process controls by pushing standardization, recommending the optimal organization, automating operations
· Implement new tools and effectively use existing ones to leverage all system capabilities, increase automation of processes.
· Assure the change management programs to make process changes in different parts of organization.
· Define & implement measures for On Time Delivery, Quality, Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction and visualize results in BI tools.
· Foster a culture of best practice sharing
· Coach other team members in your areas of expertise

Desired profile



Qualifications :

Experience and skills we are looking for:

·  5-8 years' experience as Controller/Finance Manager in a business environment and/or functional area
·  2 years of experience in managing a team
·  Experience in working in production controlling
·  Experience in designing and leading the transformation projects would be an asset
·  Strong Analytical mindset and Curiosity
·  Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
·  Good English command.
·  Strong analytic skills and the ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
·  Experience in change management in a finance environment
·  Strong interpersonal & leadership skills with personal confidence to quickly build credibility, respect and rapport with finance and business partners;
·  Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to translate complex raw data into simple, powerful and easy to communicate key messages & insights
·  Passion for continuous improvements and automation
·  IT skills: SAP/Oracle & BI tools knowledge as well as advanced knowledge Excel
·  Digital/BI skills and experience in building financial models and data base
·  Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
