Flow analyst: IFB3
· Sales order and purchase order management to meet agreed Logistics Offer standards
· Manage product availability to existing and anticipated orders
· prevent delivery issues to customer
· solve backorders
· Recover shortages
· Root cause analysis to remove/ reduce future recurrence of stock unavailability

Main activities
· Daily reporting, analysis and portfolio management to maintain performance against clear KPIs
· Back Order Lines (BOL)
· On Time Delivery to Standard (OTDS)
· availability date accuracy
· Collaboration with Continuous Improvement analyst to Implement performance improvement actions
· Collaboration with MRP controller within relevant departments
· Daily animation of SIM cycle
· Manage priorities, proactive lead time initiatives, Special Care unit, VIP etc……

Key Skills
· SAP – specifically good working knowledge of sales order and purchase order administration
· Excel – particularly data analysis techniques
· Good organisation /multi-tasking skills
