Schneider Electric's Field Services Representative 18-Month Training Program

We have 6 outstanding opportunities for recent graduates with an Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent. During this program, you will become a permanent employee who will receive 18 months of formal on the job training and informal training meant to prepare you in becoming professional and highly skilled Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and will help you obtain the Journey Electrician Certificate.

Our Training Program is designed to attract the best talent, evaluate and develop future employees and provide a well-rounded experience. It involves the development of challenging work assignments and measurable learning objectives that complement your academic programs.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:
·  Recently Graduated: Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent
·  Valid driver's license
·  Desire to gain product application knowledge in low and medium voltage equipment, including control systems (auto-transfer schemes, ground fault, and protective relay systems)
·  Basic Safety Knowledge according to the industry
·  Possess good interpersonal skills, communication skills (written and oral)
·  Ability to travel
·  Must work well in team environment as well as independently
·  Analytical and troubleshooting skills
·  Strong computer skills
·  Willingness to grow as an individual and be part of a team
