Regional Field Devices Sales Engineer

Job description
Responsible for Field Devices (Process Instrumentation) sales and support activity for Singapore & other assigned SEA countries.
Achieve & exceed sales target;
Manage Field Devices distributors & customers
Drive distributors / channel partners for business growth;
Responsible for direct Field Devices project pursuit;
Support System team for integrated Field Devices selling;
Sales contract negotiation and handling;
Drive Field Devices OEM business;
Develop and maintain sales plan for the country/region assigned;
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting for the country/region assigned; monitoring & analyzing sales volumes, pipeline activity, competitive activity;
Identify & develop new channel partners in the market places;
Increase market coverage of new geographic / industry areas;
Penetrate and expand business into new customer accounts;
Coordinate with Field Devices global team to provide product support to distributors and internal team;
Coordinate on sales training, product training;
coordinate with team to ensure support and services to customer, and achieve customer satisfaction.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Degree in Engineering - EEE / Chemical Engineering;
Fluent in English;
Possess 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Good technical knowledge on Field Devices product;
Solid Field Devices sales background and proven sales track record;
Strong distributor channel management experience;
Influential, self-motivated, quote and advise customers on technical & sales matters pertaining to Field Devices products;
Able to travel with short notice.
