Job Description

The internship will assist the Americas CISO to identify opportunities to mature the Cyber Security governance model for entities previously acquired by Schneider to help identify key assets, protect, detect, respond and recover from security incidents. Additionally, the responsibility will include coordination of activities with internal global business partners to ensure PCI-DSS compliance. The intern will be integrated into the Schneider Digital Security community. As needed, they will work with the Americas CISO, Regional Security Officers and Digital Risk Leaders to ensure team coordination and the execution of cyber security programs.

Key Missions:

Contributing to the definition and delivery of internal cybersecurity programs

· Assist in the plan to development, establish and coordinate a security governance program for acquired entities

· Develop a global security community to include acquired entities and core Schneider security professionals

· Enable global PCI-DSS compliance in the e-commerce initiative

· Contribute to developing an internal communication plan and content for the M&A and PCI programs

· Ad hoc support based on the needs of Digital Security and our stakeholders (IE policy modifications, assist with incident response and coordination with Security Operations Senter, etc.)

· Promotion of cybersecurity within the company the content can evolve during the internship.

Desired profile



Qualifications :

· Must be enrolled in a Undergrad or Graduate program in Cyber Security or an equivalent field of study.

· Security Certification not required but an enhancement, IE CISSP, CISM, etc

· Skills required curiosity and autonomy dynamism

· Work easily in a multicultural context

· Imperative good communication and organizational skills

· Familiarity with digital tools and social media

· Duration of internship 12 weeks, Summer Internship starting June 2020
