What do you get to do in this position?

You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Vice President of the U.S. Services Business to develop an internal communication strategy. As the Internal Communication Lead, you will provide support in the creation, deployment, and delivery of all internal communications to the U.S. Services team across the U.S. and Philippines.

The purpose of the internal communication strategy and the direct charge of this role is to foster collaboration throughout the organization with dynamic and high-impact messages.

This person must optimize internal digital tools to ensure simple, fast, and effective messaging is deployed throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design an internal communication plan, taking into account the business strategy and environment of the Services team.

2. Lead the full deployment of the communication plan towards different audiences.

3. Act as a digital champion by maximizing the use of all internal digital tools and leverage in the most effective way to cascade information to the teams.

4. Act as a digital disruptor by proposing to the management team new ideas and ways of working with digital solutions.

5. Deploy internal surveys and gain informal feedback to check the quality and impact of communications.

6. Provide bottom-up feedback and challenge the management team with information obtained from the field employees.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

This job might be for you if you:

· Are currently pursing a Masters or PhD degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a similar program.

· Have experience with digital tools in the marketing/communication space.

· Have additional experience, including past internships, in Marketing.
