For the Marketing Analyst position, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines and business needs. This position will be helping our marketing organization through day-to-day support and analysis of global marketing initiatives, including email/CRM marketing programs, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising and other channels as they develop. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and understand the difference between collecting data and providing actionable insights, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable extracting data from various systems using business intelligence tools

Main Missions

· Fulfill ad-hoc data request from Sales and Marketing business owners

· Use Alteryx tool to process data from various data silos into an analytic ready data set

· Use Tableau to convert this data into beautiful and compelling visualizations that tell a story

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers

· Develop new reporting and enhance current reports to keep them in line with changing business needs and requests of business partners

· Participate & listen to monthly calls from our internal customers to identify new opportunities for analytics to drive better business decisions

· Become the subject matter expert in marketing analytics and provide guidance to the business on how to best measure our marketing investments

· Create time efficient processes for all analysis and reporting through process automation

The ideal candidate will have:

·
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, IT or related area of study

· Any ETL Tool like Informatica, SSIS, Cognos & Alteryx) Alteryx will be plus
· Tableau (Reporting Tool)
· Any RDBMS (MS SQL /Oracle PLSQL)
· Good Communication Skills
· Knowledge in CRM domain is preferred
· Min 1 Years of experience in one Company
· Any prior experience with Pricing, Salesforce, Google Analytics is plus
