We are looking for a 6 months intern to join our team from Jan - June 2021. This position is only available for students who have valid students pass/ permit from Universities in Singapore.


You will join the Global Supply Chain Logistics & Data team where we transform and tailor our Supply Chain to meet our customer needs. Your main tasks will be supporting the Customer Delivery Experience Team on operational, analytics and communication tasks.

About the role you'll be empowered:

· Conduct market research (e.g. web research) and benchmark analysis, and present findings.
· Analyze and present market expectations by customer segments.
· Support the team on communication and presentation design.
· Create communication and promotion material (e.g. videos or documents) and help with translation processes.
· Work in a global environment covering all 8 Global Supply Chain (GSC) regions and working cross-functionally.
· Build reports/dashboards in Tableau and other BI tools using various data sources.
· Build a solid process and tool for data validation before publishing to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
· Monitor monthly and quarterly reporting and follow up with the different regions and due dates.
· Support the global and regional teams to improve Customer Delivery Experience based on defined indicators.
· Document process and tasks.
· Further ad-hoc activities might be required.

About you:

·  Self-driven / motivated individual
·  Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities in written and verbal English
·  Must be able work independently without much supervision
·  Agile and ability to adapt quickly
·  Familiar with visualization concepts, tools and programming languages (Tableau, SQL, Alteryx) is an added plus
