Contract Administrator
Environment:
Finance support function for project execution.
Mission:
Provide, during lifecycle of a project, support dealing with administrative, contractual, financial and tax matters through a collaboration with Project Managers and guidance of Global Functions.
Key responsibilities:
· Billing & Payment Security
Implement billing plan: issue shipping invoices in link with customs duties in close collaboration with Logistics team and issue commercial invoices in close collaboration with Project Managers.
Validate, implement and follow up of Letter of Credits , negotiate with banks and liaise with Group Trade finance teams
Implement and follow up credit insurance policies , negotiate and manage single risk insurance policy, liaise with brokers, and Group Credit Management teams.
· Bank Guarantees
Review bond drafting versus Group guidelines
Prepare, submit and manage customer bank guarantees up to final release
Expiration follow up and alert in case of call or risk of call and participate to mitigation strategy
· Tax & Currency Hedging
Proceed with foreign country VAT registration and participate to Permanent Establishment set up
Ensure currency hedging on sales under guidance of GroupTreasury Department
Alert on any tax exposure in case of schedule slippage on the project.
· Project monitoring
Review and highlight the key financial risks and administrative obligations of the project in order to enforce Schneider Electric contractual rights. Implement project insurances policies (Erection All risks, etc.)
Alert on financial risks (payment slippage, overdue, expiry of financial means etc.) making sure that the overall governance is respected

· Experience
Experience in Contract Administration, international trade and/or finance
Experience in Customer Project & Services environment
· Skills requirement

Good communication skills
· Language requirements
Fluent English mandatory
