Commercial Forecast Analyst will:
· Lead Rolling Forecast quarterly process by working in conjunction with the finance and commercial departments in order to translate commercial plans and market inputs into a forecast of orders & sales at product line level.
· Provide pipeline and backlog visibility to each business unit for a better decision making.
· Provide statistical recommendations and analysis to identify seasonality.
· Communicate macroeconomic indicators that may be of impact to each business unit, and identify potential projects of great importance.
· Lead monthly Collaboration Sales Forecast & SIOP processes and ensure the correct level of communication between GSC and commercial areas in order to enhance the execution of the business plans and customer satisfaction.
· Translate the top line strategy down to family level, update new product launches, strategies and specific projects, generate documentation and share relevant information that could impact the performance of supply chain.
· Generate monthly analysis of forecast accuracy at family level, to determine the root causes of the deviations, present action plans and if necessary adjustment forecast.
· Reduce MAPE error index and manufacturing issues related to non-accurate forecast.
· Follow up on lost projects, identify root causes and communicate to top management.
· Develop Ad-hoc reports and scorecards for strategic segments, to offer visibility of the business, the market situation and the performance of strategic initiatives.
