Main Objective
The primary purpose of the Channel Marketing Manager is to support the channel and alliances sales team(s) in gaining market segment share, generating sales and growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining, valuable company named reseller/VAR/contractor/distribution (Channel) partners that add value to our APC by Schneider Electric solutions. Works closely with the channel and alliance sales team, channel program and enablement specialists, strategic marketing.

What do you get to do in this position?

· The Channel Marketing Manager will deliver strategically sound and tactically superior marketing programs ‘to' and ‘through' the Channel using all available and appropriate media.
· The Channel Marketing Manager works in coordination with the Channels (sales, program and enablement) and Alliances Team & the Field Marketing Team to develop, drive, grow and expand sales through measurable programs, MDF activities, joint promotions and other opportunities. Increase ARB, FOP, AOS and product mix
· The Channel Marketing Manager will extend APC measured awareness and preference by delivering together with the Channel Partners, strategically sound and tactically superior self-correcting communications, using all available and appropriate tools of the marketing mix (Events, DM, PR, Media, etc.).
· The Channel Marketing focuses on organic revenue growth via marketing tactics with active existing and new certified accounts, increasing the Channel Partners effectiveness and efficiency of coop and MDF, owns the execution of all channel programs, and works closely with the Channel Sales Team and the Strategic Marketing Manager to recruitment, certification, PRM contacts & Active PRM

- Regional Channel Events

- Partner Sales Enablement (Certification, Webex, On Site Training) Agenda

- Support Zone Alliances Development (DELL, HPE)

- The channel marketing manager will ensure that partners testimonial along with joint customers references are created to highlight the best in class approaches, strategic wins

Desired profile



Qualifications :

This job might be for you if:

·  Tertiary Degree or qualification in Marketing or Communications
·  Strong marketing experience
·  IT Channel Marketing experience a plus.
·  Experience building and executing demand generation plans, including email, webinar, event and online programs.
·  Understanding of the channel, the technology ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology preferred
·  Ability to build rapport both internally and externally
·  Organisation and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
