Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services provides a range of independent consultancy services to large energy consumers drawing upon extensive first-hand experience in the wholesale and retail sectors of the Australian energy markets. The range of services includes energy procurement strategy, energy cost and consumption data collection and validation and energy cost accounting.

Energy Accounting Services provide our clients with detailed information regarding their historic energy payments and costs as well as forecasting those costs into the future to assist with cash flow management and budget planning.

Schneider Electric is experiencing growth in Energy Accounting Services and has a vacancy. The company wishes to continue to deliver quality data management services. The Energy Accounting Operations team is therefore seeking to employ a Billing Data Analyst.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

· Run processes to confirm the quality of data received from external providers – primarily energy cost and consumption data (e.g. energy retailer invoices)

· Communicate and facilitate the rectification of data quality issues identified

· Assist improvement of processes for efficiently identifying and rectifying data quality issues

The required attributes of the Billing Data Analyst are:

· Suitable for recent Graduate or 1-2 Years Experience in a numerical based role

· Customer oriented

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent stakeholder management skills

· Desire to work in a small, flexible and dynamic team focused on delivering results
